Try this super fresh, slightly spicy, and easy Chilli & Lime Chicken recipe, using one of Yorkshire Preserves’ latest flavour Green Chilli & Lime Sauce 🌶💚


Ingredients (for 2 people);
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into small slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Yorkshire Preserves Green Chilli & Lime Sauce
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 Pepper, sliced
- Salt & Pepper to season
- Spring onions & coriander, chopped for garnish
- Rice to accompany
Method (Approx. 20 mins in total);
- Add the chicken pieces to a large bowl and mix well with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp Green Chilli & Lime Sauce and the cumin & paprika. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated. You can marinate the chicken, or cook right away (we let ours marinate for 2 hours in the fridge).
- Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil over a medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 10-12 minutes total. Meanwhile, cook some rice according to packet instructions.
- Halfway through cooking the chicken, add your pepper to the pan.
- Near the end of cooking time, add another tbsp of the Green Chilli & Lime Sauce to the pan.
- Plate everything up, with a little more sauce if needed, and sprinkle the chopped spring onions and coriander on top.

This looks so tasty. I love the mix of chili and lime for a fresh and spicy flavor. The sauce sounds like it really brings it all together. I cannot wait to try this with rice and a little extra coriander. Thanks for sharing such a simple and delicious recipe.
