Selena Cocktail Bar & Kitchen, Sheffield

The Pairings Menu consists of each Mediterranean-inspired small plate, thoughtfully paired with a unique, handcrafted drink designed to enhance and complement its flavours. This will be subject to change, but here’s the current offering, which we thoroughly enjoyed;

  1. Hummus & Flatbread with Prosecco
  2. Cured Salmon, lemon, apple, dill with Olive Island (Cucumber Gin, Champagne Acid, tzatziki clarification)
  3. Fried Chicken, chicken gravy & chips! (GF) **our favourite course, the freshly fried chicken is so good!! With Smooth Smoke (Brown Butter Bourbon, date syrup, tobacco bitters)
  4. Beef Jerky, capers, Gherkins, cured egg, parmesan with Dark Apple (Rosemary aged rum, apple & kiwi juice, demerara syrup)
  5. Baileys white chocolate bread & butter pudding with Espresso Martini ** one of the best Espresso Martinis I’ve had!!
  6. @bullionchocolate with Amaro Montenegro (orange zest, coriander, cherry vanilla, and clove)
