GREAT THINGS:
⭐️Every element of every course was packed with flavour, even when it was a small, subtle ingredient and everything went well together but still remained delicious on its own too
⭐️There wasn’t a course we didn’t enjoy and I don’t think I can pick a favourite as it was all so good
⭐️ The coffee dessert; I personally didn’t get much coffee flavour BUT I enjoyed it regardless as it was delightfully sweet and a perfect ending to the meal
⭐️The restaurant itself is very smart and pretty to bring that fine dining, special occasion feeling to it
⭐️We didn’t add any snacks etc so with the 6 courses we were satisfactorily full

NOT SO GREAT THINGS;
In order to give a full honest review I have to say on our particular visit our drinks/table service wasn’t consistent and I felt it was impacted because we weren’t a table that chose the wine pairing. I had to chase our complimentary fizz on arrival after our first course. The service also felt clinal at times rather than friendly and warming. Also our fish dish was lukewarm but this wasn’t surprising as I’d watched approx. 20 plates of this course being plate, however it was still delicious.

We both agreed we would definitely return here to try a different menu, and it’s great value for money at £39pp without any additions.
