Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil

I was kindly gifted some samples from local company Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil, a family-run business that produce 100% of their goods on their Yorkshire Wolds based farm, including oils, dressings and mayonnaise. I loved receiving the gorgeously packaged goods and really enjoyed using them.

Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil are a small, independent business that have been established since 2008 where they made their first Farmers Market debut and have grown since to sell products in over 150 independent Yorkshire-based stockists. YRO grow and make everything on their farm based in Breckenholme, Malton; from a range of flavoured oils, dips, dressings and mayonnaise. They also sell bundles and hampers that you can purchase as gifts or to treat yourself, and have a recipe book incorporating their products which features a special guest recipe by James Mackenzie of the Michelin starred The Pipe & Glass Inn. Looking to build a more sustainable future, this small local business is passionate about low food miles.

I tried;
⭐️Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil – award-winning with a delicate flavour, this was perfect for shallow frying and making the Salt & Pepper Chicken recipe also from YRO’s website. Only £4 for 500ml.
⭐️Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil with Rosemary & Sea Salt – packed with flavour this was great for baking and making the recent TikTok craze of feta & tomato pasta. Only £4 for 500ml.
⭐️NEW Plant-based Mayo – this has a lovely creamy yet tangy taste, almost a mixture of Mayo and salad cream taste wise, which I loved. Perfect on my daily salads! £3.50 for 190g.

I really did enjoy these locally made and supplied products, thank you so much YRO, wishing you all the success with your business!
